Member Service Representative/Teller

Qualified candidates must be at ease talking with people, have a passion for member service and enjoy retail sales. They should be self motivated, able to think on their feet and goal oriented. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and have a good aptitude for math. Prior cash handling, credit union or banking experience a plus. Responsibilities will include handling monetary transactions, assisting members with opening/closing and maintaining accounts, as well as cross-selling products and services to the membership. Loan Officer/MSR

Wilmington Postal Federal Credit Union is seeking an energetic sales oriented loan officer/MSR to assist members with their consumer and residential lending needs and various member service related duties such as: analyze requests, negotiate terms, formulate credit decisions, prepare documentation, and perfect security interests. If you enjoy serving members, a growing environment and new challenges, then this is the place for you!
